We use recorded videos as a microlearning introduction to each course, allowing students to gain a better understanding before the live sessions. This complementary approach eases the learning burden and enhances learning outcomes.
Corporate Business Battle Simulation
This course is the final one in the program. In a realistic business environment, students engage in group-based experiential learning to practice 'production, marketing, human resources, and financial management', developing their business decision-making skills.
Field Learning Experiences
Enterprise visit to renowned Southeast Asian Taiwanese companies and industry leaders will be arranged.
Students gain firsthand understanding of these companies' management philosophies and cultural heritage, fostering international and cross-industry talent exchange.

Eligibility
- 1.Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of work experience.
- 2.Associate degree with a minimum of five years of work experience.
- 3.Managers and mid-level executives will be given preference.
- 4.Applicants with special circumstances may apply conditionally with a letter of recommendation from a business owner or executive.
